Evaal correlates passive signals — after-hours commit patterns, declining review engagement, focus time eroding under meeting load — and flags risk when two or more signals cross a 2σ threshold. Burnout signals are reported privately to the manager only, never to HR, never to the engineer, never as individual scores to anyone else.
